Just as a prism transforms a ray of light into a spectrum of colours, music videos take a song and turn it into a visual experience that sparks a wide range of emotions and reflections. Music videos are prisms through which we see the world from new voices and perspectives.

The Video Prism is uniquely crafted in acrylic and contains a silver cross in the centre. Initially called the Cube because of its geometric shape, since 2023 it has been officially named "Video Prism" and is today the highest award that can be given to a music video and all its creators and stars. 

​

 

The statuettes are awarded during the Video Prisma Awards, the official award ceremony of the Buenos Aires Music Video Festival, which recognises the best works of the year.
